Some of my guiding principles

I strive to connect with my patients by listening and bringing presence to every interaction.

I believe that movement can help us become the best version of ourselves. Improving our physical function can positively impact every aspect of our lives.

I look to build strong, resilient and athletic patients who can overcome any movement challenge that sport or life presents.

Causes I care about

  • Mental health initiatives

  • Physical literacy in youth/long term athletic development

  • Volunteered at Camp Goodtimes by providing developmentally-appropriate opportunities for children, youth, and families affected by cancer.

What my clients can expect

A full-body approach focusing on the needs and goals of the individual. I use manual therapy, movement, education and mindfulness to help people get back to the things they love.

I have a passion for comprehensive care and feel that movement, sleep, nutrition, stress-management and human connection are the ingredients for a happy and healthy life.

I’m keen on continuing education and self-study and am dedicated to providing the most current strategies to my patients.
