This program blends performance training with injury-reduction strategies so athletes can train hard and stay on the field.

What is included:

7 Days of structured training delivered through Online TeamBuilder for easy access and tracking which includes:

1 session/week in person at Level 10 Fitness

Strength Training - 3 sessions/week

  • Build full-body power, force production, and movement competency

Speed & Conditioning - 2 sessions/week

  • Field-based sessions to develop acceleration, agility, and rugby specific conditioning

Off-Feet Conditioning - 1 session/week

  • Low-impact aerobic work to improve work capacity. 

Recovery & Mobility - 1 session/week

  • Mobility, Hip, shoulder, neck care, and movement restoration
