Athletic background

  • I grew up playing competitive team sports, including soccer, rugby, and baseball.

  • I’m now an avid cyclist, recreational soccer player, and below average golfer. I’ve been involved in recreational strength training and movement-based sports from a young age and am passionate about fitness, performance optimization, and return-to-sport protocols.

Experience

  • Graduate Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach at the University of British Columbia (2023–2025), working with men’s and women’s varsity teams including volleyball, football, basketball, rugby, swimming, hockey, rowing, and cross-country

  • Lead Strength Coach (College Level) for volleyball and basketball teams (2022–2024)

  • Undergraduate Assistant at Trinity Western University (2021–2022)
