I grew up playing competitive team sports, including soccer, rugby, and baseball.
I’m now an avid cyclist, recreational soccer player, and below average golfer. I’ve been involved in recreational strength training and movement-based sports from a young age and am passionate about fitness, performance optimization, and return-to-sport protocols.

Graduate Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach at the University of British Columbia (2023–2025), working with men’s and women’s varsity teams including volleyball, football, basketball, rugby, swimming, hockey, rowing, and cross-country
Lead Strength Coach (College Level) for volleyball and basketball teams (2022–2024)
