My family spent a lot of time outdoors growing up, skiing all winter, then hiking and camping in summer. This set the foundation for my love of fitness.
To always stay active! Being healthy definitely brings balance and happiness to my life, and I hope that I can share that passion with others.
Causes I care about
My boys' school, because it connects me to my kids, their peers and the community.
I am also working to develop youth programs at Level 10 to encourage all kids and teens to be active and feel good about themselves.
What my clients can expect
I hope to bring good energy to each session, and for everyone to have fun while working hard – a few laughs can be a welcome distraction! Everyone has different goals and fitness levels, so I like to encourage each individual to focus on their own personal goals and expectations.
