Experience

I’ve worked with hundreds of athletes from various sports with focuses in sport performance, injury rehabilitation, and fitness conditioning.

  • Undergraduate Assistant at The University of British Columbia 2017-2020 with experience with rugby, hockey, volleyball and basketball teams

  • Undergraduate Assistant Lead on-field strength and conditioning coach UBC Men’s Rugby (2017-2020)

  • Lead Strength Coach with UBC Men’s Rugby (2019-2020)

  • Assistant coach for the Level 10 Hockey Development Program (2017 and 2018)

  • Volunteer youth rugby coach in the North Shore community helping grow the sport of rugby and teaching key skills to young athletes. I have also been involved with rugby camps for all ages K-12

Causes I care about

  • Volunteered as assistant and head coach for Handsworth Secondary School and Capilano Rugby Club Youth Programs (2012-2017) as well as Regional rep rugby coach U-15 and U-16 in 2015 & 2016

  • Helping others reach their goals on and off the field, or in everyday life
