Some of my guiding principles

I believe in educating my clients to empower them with the knowledge that they require to understand their injury, and to give them the confidence that they require to rehab and return to sport/life with no fear.

Active rehabilitation is always best, regardless of the injury.

Life is too short to be sitting on the bench.

Causes I care about

In my free time, I enjoy coaching the senior boys' basketball and football teams at Carson Graham.

I volunteer at Camp Goodtimes, which provides fun recreational experiences for children with cancer and their families.

What my clients can expect

While at physio, you can expect a big smile, a positive attitude and a willingness to get you back on your feet, regardless of your injury.

We like to have a lot of fun in our rehab centre, so hopefully you do, too!
