Some of my guiding principles

There is no tomorrow. Now is all we have.

Don’t let the calendar depict your life. If you want something, do it now. Remember, progress, not perfection.

Causes I care about

I enjoy working working with young athletes and cultivating a positive sports environment where the athletes can learn proper sportsmanship, ethical conduct and fair play.

I also prefer to spend my vacation as an animal volunteer. In 2016, my fiancé and I flew 7,073 miles just so we could volunteer at Elephant Nature Park, a sanctuary and rehabilitation centre north of Chiang Mai, Thailand. Then in 2017, we drove 200 miles from Las Vegas, Nevada to Kanab, Utah just so we could volunteer at Best Friends Animal Society, a nationwide animal rescue and advocacy organization.

What my clients can expect

  • I believe that life is too short not to feel amazing all the time, and how I see us feeling amazing is through functional movement, great nutrition and a positive mindset.
  • There are countless people who try to sell miracle diets and training regiments with no real results. With this over saturation in the health and fitness industry, it can be difficult to separate truth from fiction.
  • As such, I want to educate and empower as many people as I can. Living a healthy lifestyle is a lot more simple than we think, and as society we need to get back to the fundamentals of movement and nutrition.
