Winter Teams

Grade 6/7

Winter teams will focus on individual player skills development, movement and physical literacy training along with the development team concepts both offensively and defensively. Teams will play in exhibition games and 2-3 tournaments.

In-Season Training

Grade 8/9

This program focuses on individual player development to support athletes during their high-school seasons through positional skill training, improving decision making abilities along with injury prevention training.

Time: Fridays from 5-6:30pm
Dates: Jan 12 (10 weeks)

Skills Academy

Grade 4-6

This program focuses on individual skill development, movement and physical literacy training, games/competitions and an emphasis on play with a minimum of 30 minutes of 1v1/2v2/3v3/4v4 each session.

Time: Wednesdays from 5-6:30pm

Jr. NBA Program

Grade 1-3

The Jr. NBA program successfully allows participants to develop and comprehend the essential skills required in the game of basketball through a series of drills and activities that will work on physical literacy and the following fundamentals: dribbling, passing, shooting, rebounding and playing defense. Throughout the program, participants are taught essential life skills that ultimately provide a powerful positive influence towards their own personal development such as having a positive attitude, sportsmanship, teamwork, leadership, respect, health and fitness. 

Time: Mondays from 5:00-6:00pm

All ages

If we don't have a program that meets your basketball needs or age group, or you want to learn and develop in a more focused and individualized setting, ask us about Personal and Small Group Training.
