Booty Camp | 10am Mon, Wed, Fri

The Level 10 Bootycamp is Level 10's most popular boot camp, and has even been featured in the Vancouver Sun. This class is highly intense with the combination of full body strength circuits and cardio. Trainers use the large gym space to effectively mix in a variety of cardio such as stairs, spinning, and running into the class. A lot of core/hip/torso work is also incorporated into each class. You will laugh, sweat, and cry all in the same hour!

Note: This class is only open to women.

 


Angela's Boot Camp | 6pm Tue & Thu

Looking for a fun way to end your day?

Come to Angela's Bootcamp held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6pm for a fun and challenging hour! She will take you through a series of circuits involving weights, cardio and core! Anyone and everyone is welcome so bring your friends for an hour of fun!

 

 

Rise and Shine Boot Camp | 6am Tue & Thu

The Rise and Shine Bootcamp at 6am is Level 10's earliest class, often starting before the sun even comes up. This is a highly popular class full of people getting in a great workout before they head off to work for the day. The class consists of full body strength and conditioning combined with intense cardio and core. The gyms are usually quiet at 6 a.m. so these bootcampers often have the run of the gym all to themselves. Level 10 also has full service bathrooms at each of our locations (showers, towels, etc.) making it easy to complete the class and go straight to work after your workout.

 

 

Spin Classes | 9:30am Tue & Thu

Level 10's Spin Class is run by Christine Shandro, a highly skilled cyclist with years of experience. This spin class is open to people of all fitness levels. Whether you are training for a Triathalon, Test of Metal, or just want a great workout, this is the class for you! Christine has the knowledge, skill, and experience that makes this the best spin class around.

Prior registration is required because there are limited spaces available in this class so don't miss out and sign-up today!

 

 

Saturday Bootcamp | 8am every Sat

The Saturday Morning Bootcamp is by far the best way to kick off your weekend! You will get an amazing full body workout consisting of strength work, cardio, and core. The bootcamp is used both by athletes wanting to supplement their training and by people looking to get an intense workout before the weekend starts.

 

 

Weight Loss Class | 7am every weekday

This class is the only class that is offered on a monthly basis so prior registration is required.

It is structured for 5 days a week of fun and challenging circuit work in order to help each individual reach their health and fitness goal. Nutritional information is provided as we help guide you toward your weight-loss goal.

 

 

Lunch Crunch Bootcamp | 12pm Mon & Wed
